Subscriber agrees not to allow SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting equipment and services to be used for activities specifically prohibited by the SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting stated below.
Privacy
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM does not give out email address or any person details of their subscribers to third party companies.
Advertising
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not place advertising on the website on their subscribers
Prohibited Activities
Spam.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not allow their servers or resources to be used in any way to facilitate the sending or sending of Spam mail (unsolicited commercial email). Any subscriber who sends spam email through a SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting server will have their account terminated without notice. Criminal and civil prosecution may also follow. Subscribers must ensure the resources from within their account cannot be used to send spam email. This includes password protecting SMTP mail servers and installing secure scripts. Subscribers should contact support@sgwebdesigner.com if they believe server resources are being used to send spam email.
Any subscriber that has sent spam email through another server with links to a site hosted on a SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting server will be treated as a spammer as above.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Safe Lists.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support sites that give away free email accounts or free hosting accounts.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support Hacking or any perpetration of security breaches.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support allow or host IRC servers or gaming servers.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support allow or host webmail interfaces or any other mailing related software without written permission from SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting Support (we provide a webmail interface with all of our hosting accounts)
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support the custom installation of any kind of webstatistic analysis script on their servers. SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting provides clients with webstat statistics calculated using log files which are processed every 24 hours.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support allow or host formmail.pl or formmail.cgi, or other .cgi based formmails, to send results from webforms to email. SGWEBDESIGNER.COM does however allow formmail.php
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Any form of pornography.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Child pornography or any activities harmful to minors.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Fraudulent activity.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Trademark or Copyright infringement.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Network attacks or any unfriendly effort to effect service on another network or server.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Virus distribution.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Anonymous gateways.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host MLM (Multi Level Marketing) or MLM related type sites, or email promotion/marketing sites.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host pharmacy or prescription related sites.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host hate sites.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not support, allow or host Any scripts that can create shell login to the server.
Investigations revealing the above activities where the terms of service have been broken will result in a charge to the client of $150.00 per hour for the duration of the investigation.

Account Cancellations
All plans can be canceled within seven days of the next billing cycle. This will prevent the next billing cycle from debiting the customer's credit card/check account. Cancellations are only allowed for plans with signup periods of at least 12 months. 2 months of plan value will be deducted from the balance as administrative fee. Please note that set-up fees are non-refundable.
Excess Bandwidth Charges
Charges for extra bandwidth transfer are calculated at $5.00 Per Gigabyte
30 Day Money Back Policy
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting offers refunds on hosting for accounts cancelled within 30 days of opening. Refunds are always granted unless the account was closed due to a violation of our TOS. Pay Pal payments are charged a small fee from Pay Pal for refunds. Refunds are not available for domain registrations. The initial set-up fee for all our services will not be refunded though.
All prices listed on our site are in Singapore Dollars.
IP Blocking
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting reserves the right to block IPs from known spam addresses and high-risk IP adresses known for hacking and virus sending. SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does this to protect both servers and customers from viruses, spam emails and hacking. Customers who would like to report spam IPs can contact support@sgwebdesigner.coom. Customers who would like to have further information regarding IP blocking can contact support@sgwebdesigner.com. SGWEBDESIGNER.COMHosting DOES NOT block out entire country IP ranges.
MySQL Databases
A maximum size of 100 Megabytes is permitted.
Free Domain For Eligible Plans
The free domain offer is valid for a 1-Year Subscription of selected web hosting plans together with a 1-Year Subscription for the following domain prefix: .com / .net / .org / .biz. Sg Web Designer will provide the 2nd year extension of your domain name free. This offer is only valid for new clients. Current & previous clients are ineligible for this offer.
Abuse of Servers
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting will not tolerate abuses of our servers including but not limited to,
Applications/scripts/software that a client runs on our servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by us. eg 100% CPU usage for a prolonged period reducing server performance for all other users.
Cease of Support
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting is no longer providing any means of support for web hosting clients except for our web design clients that involves web hosting.

SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting reserve the right to terminate any subscriber's account who does not meet the TNC above.
Please note that this TNC is subject to change and it is the Customer's responsibility to regularly check for modifications.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting does not issue refunds for terminating service due to suspected AUP violations.

Indemnification:
Subscriber agrees to indemnify SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting from any claim, demand, loss, cause of action, liability, cost or expense, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, which may be incurred by or asserted against SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting which results from any active negligence on the part of Subscriber or Subscriber's employees, Subscribers or agents.
Subscriber agrees to indemnify SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting from any claim due to the loss of service or data for any reason.
SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting reserves the right to amend or otherwise change this agreement by publishing the updated service agreement on the SGWEBDESIGNER.COM Hosting Web site.
